Vinyl is not a natural material, but a synthetic manmade type of plastic. It is made from ethylene (found in crude oil) and chlorine (found in regular salt). When processed, these substances are combined to form Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) resin, commonly referred to as vinyl. 

It was originally invented in 1920 by scientists who wanted to develop a material that was more durable and cheaper than what was available at the time. Vinyl flooring is one of the most common applications of vinyl. 

PVC floor is a very popular novel light floor decoration material in the present world, and also called ” Light Flooring Material”. It is product well received by Europe, America as well as Japan and South Korea in Asia, sweeping foreign countries. 

Since the early 1980s, PVC floors have started to enter Chinese market, and have been generally recognized in large and medium-sized cities of China so far and been very widely applied to various occasion such as families, hospital, schools, office building, factories, public places, suppermarkets, bussiness, stadiums, etc.                           

PVC floors” refer to floors produced by PVC materials. Speciffically, PVC floors are produced by adding fillers, plasticizers, stabillizers, colorant and other auxiliaries into PVC and its copolymer resins serving as main raw materials and carrying out coating process or rolling, squeezing or extrusion process on platy continuous substrates.
